2022 MEMBERSHIP DUES

January is the time to renew your annual dues. All 2022 dues must be paid by
March 1. It doesn’t matter what month you joined because our dues are only
$10.00 per person and we do not pro-rate them.  There are three ways to pay your
dues.
Method 1 – Use our website to renew, emeraldisleparrotheads.com. Use the Click
here to Join or Renew picture (or click this link!) and follow the directions. You do
not fill out a form to renew. There is a 61 cent fee that you need to add to your
$10.00 for each membership being renewed. This is the fee to PayPal. Also, you
do not need to have a PayPal account. Any credit card can be used.
Method 2- Renew your membership through the mail. Send check to

Method 3- Pay your dues at the February 4 th Phlocking. January Phlocking is
cancelled.
Please remember that if dues are paid later than February 28, you will have to
rejoin the club and fill out the form again. Our data base is updated in March 1 to
reflect current paid memberships. Our club dues are lower than any other club.
After paying a small amount of each membership to the National Parrot Head
Club, we use the rest to run projects to help the community.

PHIP SCHOLARSHIP RAFFLE OPPORTUNITY

With Meeting Of The Minds getting ready to start up we are offering the opportunity for those that could not make the trip this year the opportunity to be a part of the scholarship raffle and have a chance at this great prize offered by one of our sponsors, Karisma Hotels and Resorts.  Tickets are 5 for $20 and you can send your payments for the tickets to phipscholarshipraffle@yahoo.com  Tickets will be filled out for you and put in the raffle tub. You have until 2:00 pm on Saturday as the raffle will happen around 3PM at MOTM.  
You will have the chance to win this great prize: 
A 4-night stay for 2 adults to Margaritaville Island Reserve Cap Cana (Dominican Republic)
The Margaritaville Island Reserve Inclusive vacation includes in a lead-in category, all meals, beverages (alcoholic and non), non-motorized water sports, entertainment, taxes, gratuities and more!  Airfare and transfers to/from the local airport are not included. Terms: Prize trip is based on room and space availability, subject to black-out dates and limited to complimentary room allotment. Prize trip has no cash value, is non-transferrable and cannot be extended past the expiration date. Certificate is valid for one year from the event date, with travel to be completed by November 30, 2022.  Credit will not be given on any unused portions of the prize trip. Excludes any government and environmental fees – $30 per person/per night, payable at the resort.

PHiP Bob Heffelfinger Memorial Scholarship Closing March 31st

The PHiP Bob Heffelfinger Memorial Scholarship Essay Contest for 2021 is NOW OPEN!  The deadline is coming close as March 31st ends the chance to apply.

Summary of the PHiP Scholarship:

The PHiP Scholarship is for current Parrot Head Club Members of an officially Chartered Chapter or their children of Parrot Head Club Members, for post secondary education.

This program was established in 2008. Three scholarships will be awarded in 2021. The funds may be used for tuition, books or living expenses, at an accredited brick and mortar four-year university or college of the student’s choice. The award will be paid to the winners school account, when a student account is established.

PHiP awards 3 awards in the amounts of:

First Place: $5,000
Second Place: $3,000
Third Place: $2,000

Eligibility: Parrot Head Club Members and members children (Sorry nieces, nephews or other extended family members beyond those mentioned are not considered eligible)

The Scholarship instructions and application can be found on the PHiP Website at:

It is VERY important the applicant follow ALL of the rules and instructions. Only typed, electronic submissions will be accepted. Incomplete applications will not be considered eligible.

Make no references to your identity, your local parrot head club or your location in your essay entry OR your question and statement responses.

All applications must be signed at the appropriate place. We accept electronic signatures.

Membership Dues are Rolling In

Thank you to everyone who has paid their dues. There is still time to join us if you
have not. Make a difference in people’s lives through our projects in 2021.
There are two ways to pay your dues as a result of Covid 19. Please use you use
Method 1 or Method 2.
