We have reserved a bus (55 seats) for our annual trip to Kinston to see the Bird Dawgs versus the Quebec Capitales at Grainger Stadium. The bus will leave
Emerald Isle around noon and arrive in Kinston by 1:30 pm. Parrot Heads can visit Mother Earth Brewing and check out some local craft beers or stroll around downtown and check out other local establishments. They love Parrot Heads and often have special drinks and/or appetizers available.

BE AT BUS AT 10:30 AM TO CHECK IN AT THE PUBLIX PARKING LOT IN EMERALD ISLE. We will depart at 11:00 AM for downtown Kinston, with a stop at the rest area on Hwy 70 to pick up New Bern phriends, then roll on directly to the ball park. In downtown Kinston we can partake of our favorite beers or stroll around and check out the other local establishments. Or hop on the free shuttle to various bars and other historical sites in downtown Kinston. These bars love Parrot Heads and often include special drinks and/or appetizers.

WE WILL DEPART DOWNTOWN AT 2:45 PM AND HEAD TO BALLPARK. Ricky Lamb and the NO BAD DAYS Band will start the music at 3:00 pm. After the game, WE LOAD UP AND HEAD HOME!!!
