Beach Bike Poker Run ~ Saturday, May 17th

We hope to see you on Saturday for an awesome day of PHUN while supporting an amazing charity in our community!

11:30 am – 1:00 pm Registration
Register in person at The Emerald Club ~ there will be no advance/online registration.
$20 per person ~ Bring cash as it’s a cash only event!

1:00 pm Bicycle Contest
Dress up your bicycle and you! Prizes for TOP 3 best decorated bikes and riders. Contest Categories:
200 Years Too Late Pirate
If Life Gives You Limes, Make Margaritas
Fruitcakes

2:00 pm – 5:00 pm Poker Run
Ride or walk to the following 6 participating stops and build your poker hand:
Gaffer’s
The Growler
Shark’s Den
Flipperz Bar
Thirsty Surfer
Snapperz
Top 3 best hands will win $300, $200, and $100.

Want to improve your poker hand? Purchase a mulligan for $5 when you register and get a free 2025 Beach Bike Poker Run koozie! It’s a win-win!

All proceeds will benefit the building fund for Martha’s Mission of Morehead City.
Martha’s Mission is an emergency food pantry, solely run by volunteers, established to provide needy citizens of Carteret County with a temporary supply of nutritious and balanced food at no cost.

We collected lots of needed food items and raised $400 for Martha’s Mission at the May PHlocking and are excited to add to the cause with proceeds from the Beach Bike Poker Run.

Not participating in the BBPR but want to donate to a great cause?
No worries, we are doing a second food drive (list below) at the Beach Bike Poker Run for Martha’s Mission.

In addition to the food drive, we will also have a 50/50 cash raffle with proceeds going to Martha’s Mission.

Beer & Baseball June 7th, SIGN UP NOW!

Beer & Baseball

We have reserved a bus (55 seats) for our annual trip to Kinston to see the Bird Dawgs versus the Quebec Capitales at Grainger Stadium. The bus will leave
Emerald Isle around noon and arrive in Kinston by 1:30 pm. Parrot Heads can visit Mother Earth Brewing and check out some local craft beers or stroll around downtown and check out other local establishments. They love Parrot Heads and often have special drinks and/or appetizers available.

Your $70 ticket will include a private party at the Mother Earth Pavilion with a cheeseburger and hot dog buffet. Ricky Lamb and the No Bad Days Band will start the music at 5:00 pm with the game starting at 7:00 pm.
