Santa Crawl Registration 2025, December 6th, 1PM to 5PM
Description
Join us on Saturday, December 5, 2026 for the annual Island Santa Bar Crawl presented by the Emerald Isle Parrot Head Club. This event benefits Make-A-Wish Eastern NC and helps provide “wishes” for critically ill youth in our area.
You will CRAWL from 1:00 to 5:00 pm visiting these 7 participating stops ~ The Trading Post, Flipperz, The Thirsty Surfer, The Shark’s Den, Bar 1957, The Snapperz and Gaffer‘s. There will be an event game to play as you and your friends crawl the island.
As always, you should DRESS TO IMPRESS in your best holiday attire!! The Emerald Club is our start location and we will end our day there as well with prizes, a photo booth, and music.
Online pre-registration is $20 and will go up to $25 the day of the event. Don’t wait, the last day to pre-register is Sunday, November 29th!
Terms and Conditions:
In consideration of the Emerald Isle Parrot Head Club, (The Club), permitting me to “Party with a Purpose,” in the Island Santa Bar Crawl, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully aware of and assume the risks of my participation in the recreational activities at this event, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury and property loss or damage.
I AGREE on my own behalf, and on behalf of my successors and assigns, to hereby waive and release any and all claims, demands, causes of action, suits, and right that I, or any on my behalf, might have against The Club, its respective officers, directors, volunteers, agents, and members ( “Released Parties”), for personal injury, and loss or damage to my property which I, or anyone claiming by or through me, may have against The Club and the Released Parties, regardless of fault, as a result of my participating in this event and the activities sponsored by, sanctioned by, approved by, or located on the premises used by The Club and/or the Released Parties.
I agree to abide by the rules, conditions and decisions of the Emerald Isle Parrot Head Club and its event officials.
I accept the conditions under which this event is held, and accept all risks inherent in this competition – even those unforeseen by me.
I agree to hold harmless the Emerald Isle Parrot Head Club, event sponsors, officials and volunteers from liability. I am accepting these risks on behalf of all individuals listed on this registration form.
I affirm that I am at least 21 years of age and all of the attendees I am registering are also at least 21 years of age.
