Emerald Isle Parrothead Club Acknowledges Abigail Padgett of Carteret County, NC who handcrafted bracelets and keychains, sold them at a community event, and donated all sales to EIPHC’s Make-a-Wish of Eastern NC Fund Raising Event in December.
