Hello Parrot Heads! Here is the latest update for PHiP’s 28th Annual Meeting of the Minds 2019 “License to Chill in Key West, Florida. Don’t delay in registering for PHiP’s Meeting of the Minds!  Why? You have until September 15th and then registration is CLOSED.

What will YOU miss if you don’t make it to PHiP’s Meeting of the Minds 2019 in Key West? One thing is THE 6^th CONSECUTIVE BEACHSIDE ALBUM HOUR. This one will feature a full end-to-end performance of Jimmy Buffett’s 2004 release“License to Chill.” 

The deadline for mail-in registration for PHiP’s MOTM is AUGUST 31! That is less than 3 weeks from now! The deadline for online registration is SEPTEMBER 15 which is just over a month from now!

If you have a reservation at the Casa Marina and have to cancel don’t forget there is a 60 day cancellation policy which is just over two weeks away! If you have to cancel a reservation for the event inside of 60 days you will lose your initial one night deposit. I am reminding you of this deadline as it is a hotel reservation policyand our intent is to do what we can to communicate all the dates to everyone!
